We did not get acceptable offers in a timely manner, so we withdrew the house from the market. This time we listed with Mike. He gave us good advice as to preparing the house for maximum sales potential. When listed, he spared no expenses advertising and marketing the house. We received an acceptable offer and closed after just a couple of months. /2 hours away. This was my first experience on my own to purchase a residence. It could have been a fearful experience but Mike made it so easy. He kept me totally informed as I was unable to be there other than the home inspection. He not only kept me informed but worked with my friends who live there and co-ordinated with one to be available for the final walk-thru. He was always available to talk or text.
